Ultra-thin device for wearable electronics
We have demonstrated 70 nm thick MoS2-graphene hybrid conformal devices which
can be adopted to the wearable electronics in a wide range of future applications
Stretchable Si based device
The combination of Si and graphene interconnects on a buckled film leads to achieve
the high performance as well as stretchability
Enhanced Performance of Strained Si
Since the biaxial tensile strain applied to the Si channel reduced the inter-valley scattering
and effective mass of electrons, the suspended and transferred Si TFTs showed a 19–40%
increase in carrier mobility as compared with the unstrained devices on a bulk wafer.
